Start to finish

One of the biggest concerns we hear is that a previous contractor damaged windows, landscaping, gutters or exterior surfaces by using the wrong technique. This is how we avoid that.
Easy scheduling & communication
Your experience begins the moment you book with us. We keep you informed every step of the way, including appointment reminders and a notification when your technician is on the way, so you’re never left wondering when we’ll arrive.
Arrival & initial inspection
Once on site, your technician will introduce themselves, confirm the services you’ve requested, and perform a thorough inspection of the work areas. We look for any signs of window seal failure, damaged glass, loose gutters, clogged downspouts, worn hardware, or other issues that could affect the quality of the service. If we notice anything that needs your attention, we’ll let you know before we begin.
Preparing the work area
Every surface is different, which is why we take time to prepare before cleaning. Whether we’re protecting landscaping, moving outdoor furniture, removing gutter guards, selecting specialty cleaning solutions, or treating stubborn stains and mineral deposits, we make sure the area is properly prepared to achieve the best possible results while protecting your home.
Professional cleaning
Our technicians use professional-grade equipment, proven techniques, and years of experience to safely clean every surface.
- Window cleaning — professional tools on glass, frames, tracks and screens (depending on your selected service), safely removing dirt, pollen, hard water stains, mineral deposits and other buildup.
- Gutter cleaning — debris removed by hand wherever possible, gutters flushed, downspouts tested for proper flow, and the system inspected throughout.
- Power & soft washing — the proper pressure, water flow and cleaning solution selected for each surface. Pressure washing is never a “one-pressure-fits-all” service, and we adjust our methods to clean effectively while protecting your property.
Final inspection
Before we consider the job complete, we perform a detailed final inspection of every area we’ve serviced. We document our work with photos when appropriate and verify that every service meets our quality standards before moving on.

Our job isn’t finished until your property looks its best. We take pride in cleaning up after ourselves, returning furniture and belongings to their original locations, and leaving the surrounding work areas neat and tidy.
