The Benefits of a Great Exterior
Attractive facilities help you win and keep customers. When you approach a building where you will potentially do business, you don’t want it to look dirty and neglected. If a building owner or company can’t be bothered to keep their surroundings clean, how can you be sure they will give their all to meet your needs? Let your clients know that you care by greeting them with a brilliantly clean exterior.
Clean windows also provide a nice, professional atmosphere for your employees. Dingy surroundings are depressing. It has been shown time and again that access to sunlight is beneficial for workers’ morale and mental well-being. When your workers are happy, they tend to be more productive. Incoming sunlight will also keep them warmer in the winter months and could save on energy costs. Give your hard-working employees a good view and a comfortable workplace by hiring Texas Best today!
To keep your business space looking its best inside and out, we offer a full range of commercial window cleaning services, power washing services, and janitorial services. We can handle all your sanitation services for your convenience. Be sure to ask us about our specials.
At Texas Best, we strive to meet each client’s individual needs. We can tailor a maintenance program to fit your budget and schedule, including:

High, Mid or Low-Rise Building Window Cleaning
Texas Best is your best choice for professional high-rise window cleaning in DFW. We work on some very tall buildings in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, and all of our clients agree that we do a superb job of keeping their windows looking great. Our cleaning team knows that bright and shiny buildings promote bright and shiny attitudes. Keep your employees happy by giving them clear, unobstructed views and a clean work environment. In order to get the job done right, we use whatever tools and safety equipment are necessary. Our employees are skilled at operating boom and scissor lifts, as well as controlled descent apparatuses (CDAs).
If we can’t get to your windows from the ground, we will get access to them from the roof using a CDA system consisting of a boatswain chair and rope descent device. There are two ropes: one from which the worker is suspended, and another that serves as a safety line. A worker wears a full-body harness with a shock-absorbing lanyard and rope grab. Bright yellow safety cones and caution tape give pedestrians a clear warning that work is being done above.
Careless window cleaners are a hazard to themselves and others, and could even open you up to liability if someone gets injured during the job. Because safety is our top priority, we never take shortcuts or skip precautions, and we never leave tools or supplies lying around after our work is done. Our cleaners are true professionals from start to finish.
Window Washing Tall Buildings
A high rise is technically a building with more than 5 stories, but they can go much higher than that. The tallest building in Dallas has 72 floors! That’s a lot of glass to clean, and as you can imagine, it’s not always possible to hoist cleaning equipment from the ground to the uppermost floors.
Our experienced window cleaners know all the special considerations and precautions that must be taken when dealing with very tall buildings. If floor access isn’t convenient, they will simply gain access via the roof, where anchors will hold their ropes safely in place. Then they can scale the side of the building and reach the windows that need cleaning. With over 15 years of experience, they excel at getting the job done right, on time, and safely.
For High Rise Safety
The windows of your multi-story office need experts who are trained in cabling and climbing with the right gear, lifts, and window cleaning equipment. That is how we get the work done on time and on budget. Our crew’s safety is our top priority, so we follow every guideline and take every measure to make sure they don’t get injured on a job.
OSHA requires annual inspections to make sure the rooftop anchors can hold up to 5,000 pounds. We are in full compliance with this. Our window cleaners have been trained to use scaffolds and bosun chairs, and can even perform rooftop anchor tests themselves.
Of course, our workers aren’t the only ones in a perilous position during the cleaning. Pedestrians on the ground need to know to watch for falling debris in the case of an accidental drop. We always use signage to indicate that a job is in progress so that everyone in the area is informed.
Who Do We Service?
In the 15+ years since we began commercial window cleaning, we have serviced building owners, property managers, and contractors from a variety of industries. Chances are good that you’ve seen our work around the DFW Metroplex, sparkling in the Texas sunset. We provide commercial exterior window cleaning to:
